By creating an account or using Harvex (the "Platform," "Services," "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Harvex.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of Harvex.

KYC verification is mandatory before completing any transaction on Harvex. By submitting KYC documents, you confirm that all documents are genuine, belong to you, and have not been tampered with.
We reserve the right to reject KYC submissions, suspend accounts pending review, and report fraudulent submissions to authorities.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, or legal action.
Harvex is a platform that connects farmers, buyers, middlemen, and consumers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, sell, resell, store, ship, or guarantee any crops, livestock, or farm produce listed on the platform.
Phone numbers and personal contact details are revealed only after both parties complete KYC and confirm a deal in the app. Sharing contact details outside this flow violates these Terms.
Harvex does not currently process payments inside the app for marketplace transactions. Payment between farmers and buyers is arranged directly between the parties offline. Harvex is not responsible for payment failures, fraud, or non-payment between users.
The Plant Pharmacy feature allows you to browse and order agricultural products (pesticides, fungicides, fertilizers, etc.). You agree to:
Harvex is not liable for misuse of pharmacy products or damage caused by improper application.
The first soil test is offered free as a marketing initiative for new farmers. Subsequent tests may be paid. Test results are provided as informational guidance; Harvex and its partner laboratories disclaim liability for decisions made based on test results.
Harvex lists verified transport providers but is not the transporter. Transport agreements are between farmers and the transport provider. Harvex is not liable for delays, damage, loss, or accidents during transport.
When you upload videos, articles, posts, or comments, you:
We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
Reviews must reflect honest experiences. Fake, paid, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited and may be removed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Harvex may show advertisements within the app. Ads are limited to agriculture-related categories. We may turn ads on or off at any time without notice.
All Harvex branding, logos, designs, software, code, content, and trademarks are owned by Harvex or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to the licence granted in Section 10.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you:
Upon termination, your access to the Services will end. Some data, including transaction records and crop timeline data, may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Harvex does not warrant that:
Use of Harvex is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvex, its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Harvex shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount you paid to Harvex in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harvex, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Satara, Maharashtra, India.
We encourage users to first attempt resolution through the in-app dispute resolution panel before pursuing legal remedies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Harvex after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
